Things You Need to Know
I conduct business in coherence with my values of clarity, transparency and confidentiality, knowing that better service equals loyal clients. My policies are detailed below. Please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Things come up that cause us to miss our appointment, and I understand this. I desire to make a policy that is respectful of both of our time and investment.
If you're not able to make an appointment, you can reschedule your appointment to a different day, provided you contact me before the scheduled time. If you don't arrive to the appointment, I will wait at least 15 minutes before the appointment is cancelled as a no show.
In order to protect the commitment we both make to meet each other in this sacred space, no refunds are available.
It's your responsibility to make sure your technology is functioning correctly (headset, computer, phone, stable connection) before the appointment so that we can devote all of the time to the session itself. Any time spent on technical issues will be deducted from the alloted time of the session.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your Data is Secure
None of your data will be sold or shared with any other party. Only the information you provide will be used to provide you the services you sign up for, be it subscription to the newsletter or payment for a session.

Your private details shared during our sessions will not be shared with anyone and only be stored in my own personal notes.
REIKI AND ENERGY WORK AGREEMENT
A Supplement to Other Forms of Care
Reiki and energy healing is a complementary medical art that works well alone as well as in support of other treatments. Healing is often the result of gentle shifts in awareness, release of emotional patterns, achievement of new understanding, and daily practice.
Reiki and energy healing is not a replacement for traditional medical treatment. Reiki and energy healing is a relaxation and stress reduction technique. Treatments administered are only for the purpose of helping you to relax and to relieve stress.
Reiki and energy healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
Reiki and energy healing treatment is not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is recommended that you see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.
